We will send with different shipping way according to your address. Delivery time as belows (Usual time)
DHL, 4-6 days. Fedex, 7-9 days. UPS, 8-10 days. EMS, 15-20 days.
To other countries which are hard to make customs clearance like Argentina, Brazil etc is not stable.
3. Can I order other beam pattern (no available in your shop)?
Yes, we are factory. Please tell us your requirement, we will try our best to do it.
4. Warranty and after-services (Product Failure)
Warranty 2 years.
If you installed the product according to the instructions and used it for the purpose as it was designed, and it failed within the promised period, then you deserve a replacement or partial payment refund.
But we require as much information as you can supply (including pictures or videos if possible) to give us feedback on the cause of a failure to ensure we take that into consideration in our manufacturing process in the future. We promise to work hard on your behalf to ensure a replacement can be sent to you ASAP.
